Mr. David's Strategic Sourcing Group is an independent full service procurement company with our focus on customers with a national as well as international footprint. At Mr. David's Strategic Sourcing Group, also known in the industry as SSG, our integrated style blends personalized solutions with nationwide implementation to fit each customer's distinctive needs. We handle the continually changing and complex areas of Planning, Budgeting, Procurement, Coordination & Installation of FF&E products and services.

SSG works in partnership with Developers, Operators, and Owners, collaborating with their Architects, Designers, Contractors and Suppliers to create an environment that embraces the core values of our customers. We often receive requests to create or reinforce brand strategies. By creating a standard package and establishing a brand identity, we are able to consolidate purchasing for our individual client. We then incorporate the buy into our overall procurement to leverage products through our unique commodity driven system. Our procurement system involves negotiations at a different level then that typically used in today's market place. Unlike most others, SSG negotiations begin at the commodity level. For instance, if we are providing carpet, our discussions begin with the fiber manufacturers. In the case of furniture, our discussions open with wood and fabric suppliers. It is there that we establish the cost to our manufacturers and create the basis for discussion for the value of the finished product.
